If you have registered your child for the school year and decide not to send him or her until later in the year, you will be responsible for paying monthly tuition until your child begins our program. A spot is being held for your child, and other students who may wish to start immediately would not be given a chance for a spot if the class is full.
If your child has an extended absence due to illness, hospitalization, traveling, etc., you will be required to pay the full monthly tuition. Your child’s spot is being held for his or her return, and the monthly tuition has already been allocated for payroll and operational expenses. Should extenuating circumstances occur, the Noah’s Ark Board will review the case and make a decision regarding tuition at their discretion.
If you feel it necessary to withdraw your child from our program, you must give at least one month’s notice. If a decision to withdraw is made at the end of a month, you will be responsible for paying for the next month’s tuition.
*All students must be immunized, and a current Immunization Form is required by September 13, 2019 for the student to remain enrolled at Noah’s Ark, no exemptions or exceptions.
